The Making of a SongTHE MAKING OF A SONG
Every song starts as a single idea, a single line. One begets two, two begets three, three begets infinity — and the delight makes itself.
Some works here are finished; others are half-made. Both are kept, as a record of the road.
近朱者 (CINNABAR MUSIC & MEDIA) — from the old saying 「近朱者赤」: stay close to what is red, and you turn red.
Cinnabar Music & Media is an independent label working with AI as a creative instrument. Lyrics, structure, vocal direction and edits are made by hand; the arrangements start from generated material. The catalogue covers satire, folk-flavoured ballads, reunion songs written for old classmates, and commentary set to music.
